This course is designed to provide carers with the knowledge and practical skills required to support individuals with ADHD and other neurodiverse conditions.

Topics include:

  • Explore practical strategies to support people with ADHD in their daily lives.
  • Understand the concept of neurodiversity, including its advantages and the unique strengths associated with it.
  • Develop empathy and learn effective strategies to provide person-centred support for individuals with ADHD, fostering their independence and well-being.
