Due Diligence
We undertake due diligence on all our Trainers so you can be assured that they are fully vetted, including ensuring that they have appropriate insurance, qualifications, and registrations in place.

Referral Process
Our Referral Form captures all the information we need, which really helps us to build an accurate quote for the individual and their team. Our training quotes factor in the needs, size and experience of the team and location of the client.
Person-Centred Training
Our training is always tailored to the client’s needs and the needs of their care team. Our Trainers will call the client or their representative before training takes place, to introduce themselves and discuss the upcoming training session.
Post Training Support
Feedback is very important to us from both the Trainer and the client. The feedback we receive enables us to understand what went well and whether we need to pass on any concerns or recommendations for further training to you.
Certification
Upon successful completion of courses, learners will receive a certificate that are typically valid for one year. Some courses may also include simulated competency assessments. These are sent to the client and are stored on our secure cloud-based system.
Renewal
There’s no need for you to keep track or diarise the training renewals for your clients, we keep all that information securely stored and we’ll get in touch approximately 6 weeks before the training is due again, to see if there have been any changes.
