A Care Workers Role

Course Aims:

This is a short E-Learning course for health and social care staff when they are new to a role in care and can also be used during the recruitment of Care Workers, to help them understand the role and expectations of working in health and social care.

This training can be particularly useful for also refreshing the knowledge and understanding of existing staff to ensure that they are competent in continuing to develop the correct relationships at work. It will re-establish their professional working boundaries.

This training is for staff working in settings such as Care Homes, Hospital Wards, Day Centres, or supporting an individual in their own home.

Natural progression from this course should be the Care Certificate if the learner is new to care, or Professional Boundaries training if they are existing Care Workers.
