Course Aims:
This is a short E-Learning course that will enable learners to understand the development of children and young people, how a child develops and the milestones they experience as they grow.
The stages of development aren’t always the same for every child, so to have an underpinning knowledge will help learners to support children that may be disadvantaged or disabled where it affects their growth and development.
This training applies to all health and social care workers that work in settings such as Care Homes, Hospital Wards, Day Centres, or supporting a child or young person in their own home.
