We predominantly work with disabled people who have a personal health budget and we train their Carers and Personal Assistants in their own homes, providing bespoke clinical and essential training to enable them to effectively support the disabled person.
Specialist and Complex Care training and support is delivered for our clients as follows:
- Half Day training sessions
- Full Day training sessions
- Care Planning
- Simulated and live competency assessment checks

Qualifications Required
- A Nursing Degree or equivalent
- Appropriate adult teaching qualification
- UK Driving Licence
Experience Required
- Community complex care (minimum five years)
- Subject Matter Experts
- Training health and social care workers (minimum one year)
- Proven experience in educating individuals and groups effectively
Registrations and Insurance
- NMC Pin number
- ICO Number
- Enhanced DBS Check (Validity is checked annually)
- Public Liability Insurance (£2 Million minimum)
- Professional Indemnity Insurance (£1 Million minimum)
